Where is the Information Stored and How is it Treated?

All data is securely stored on Locatify’s servers, which are hosted on Amazon AWS in London, UK. The AWS data privacy policy can be found here.

• No personal information is shared with any third-party services.

• The user’s location is never stored on the server or within the app. 

Financial Data: 

When users make purchases via the app such as tours or games, their payment information, including credit card, debit card details, or any other payment methods, is securely processed by third-party mobile payment services, such as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

This ensures the safety and confidentiality of the user’s financial data. We do not store any payment method information, including credit card, debit card, or other payment methods on our servers.

GDPR Compliance

Locatify is fully GDPR compliant.

• Content creators signing up for Locatify Builder agree to Locatify’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

• App users access the app anonymously, ensuring that no sensitive personal data is collected or stored.

• Locatify has a Data Protection Policy, and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request.
